Jason, Executive Vice President, Health Systems & Tennessee, is responsible for leading the strategy and development for Privia’s health system partners, as well as playing a key role in the development and execution of operational and clinical programs that will impact the communities these systems serve. Before joining Privia, Jason was at Nashville-based health system, LifePoint Health, where he held the roles of SVP of Provider and Consumer Solutions, VP of Population Health and most recently, SVP of Revenue and Network Management. He was responsible for leading enterprise-wide functions of managed care, value-based care and hospital revenue cycle. Prior to LifePoint Health, Jason worked for the Advisory Board Company, BCBS of Tennessee, and Cigna HealthSpring operationalizing provider networks and ACO management.

Aaron Williams serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Georgia and Tennessee markets. He joined Privia Health in 2014 and brings more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, focusing on value-based care operations, strategic growth, physician practice operations and physician leadership development.

Prior to Privia, Aaron served as Director of Operations at Piedmont Physicians Group, the medical group practice of Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Aaron was responsible for establishing and driving efficient operations, financial results, physician recruitment, business development and coordination across the ambulatory and hospital facilities.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama and earned a Master of Science in Health Administration and Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
