Conference Presentation Title: Deploying Telehealth to Improve Care Management
Providers experimented with telehealth and virtual strategies to manage high-risk patients and deliver convenient, low-cost care to patients attributed to them prior to COVID-19. However, many of these efforts were viewed as experiments. With the rapid expansion of telehealth in response to COVID-19, these strategies and tactics have come into the mainstream and are expected to be used after the immediate crisis subsides.
This session will feature a number of providers sharing lessons learned from their experience during the national health emergency to deliver care virtually and reduce unnecessary utilization.
