Jay Stevens is Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of Privia Health. He brings 20 years of experience in healthcare technology sales and management to his role and is responsible for driving physician recruitment, strategy, and revenue growth for Privia Medical Group.
Prior to joining Privia Health, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Kryptiq Corporation, a Surescripts company, where he was responsible for growing revenue in the independent medical practice, health system, and accountable-care markets. Additionally, he held a variety of senior sales and management positions at GE Healthcare and IDX Systems.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Mike is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Privia Health, where he is responsible for leading Privia’s national expansion.
During Mike’s tenure, Privia has grown from a single-market medical group to a national physician platform composed of more than 2,500 providers across six states and the District of Columbia.
Mike leads all aspects of the business development cycle, including market analysis, partner identification, business model development, and deal execution. He has overseen Privia’s expansion into Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, North Texas, Gulf Coast Texas, and Southwest Virginia. Mike also led the development of two new Privia verticals: Privia Women’s Health, which is focused on the unique needs of women’s health providers and their patients, and Privia’s Health System Partnership, a unique alignment model for health systems and private practice physicians.
Previously, Mike served as the Global Head of Corporate Strategy at Aetna, working under the direction of Aetna’s Chairman and CEO to drive top-line growth and diversify earnings sources. He led the development and launch of several new diversified business lines, including Healthagen, Accountable Care Solutions, and Aetna Consulting. Before joining Aetna, he spent more than a decade in management consulting with a primary focus on the provider and life sciences sectors. He began his career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University with a double major in Political Science and Economics as well as an MBA in Finance from Bentley University.
